About Us

Symphony Systems has been serving the information technology needs of small and medium-sized businesses and independent professionals in the greater Chicago area since 1988. Throughout those years, the technology has changed, but our goals and principles have remained the same: to equip our clients with the right tools for the job in the most cost effective way.

As Symphony Systems is not a reseller of any third-party products or services, we are able to offer our clients the unbiased, objective advice and guidance they need and often find difficult to find. We’re on our client’s side, making recommendations based on the client’s needs and with our client’s interests in mind. This has been our way of offering our services since 1988 and has proven to be a very popular and welcome aspect of our involvement with our clients.

Our work on behalf of our clients at Symphony Systems also reflects a radical philosophy: We believe that machines should work for people, not the other way around. We strive to integrate information technology equipment into a business to meet the needs of users and the business, not place demands on them.
